STARTING January 1, 2023, special four digit draws for number forecast operators (NFOs) will be reduced to eight times a year, said Finance Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

For this year, the Ismail Sabri administration has allowed NFOs to hold 22 special draws.

The previous Pakatan Harapan government had slashed the draws to eight per year.

NFOs are allowed to hold three draws each week. –  December 5, 2022.
