PAKATAN Harapan (PH) says it will only take 100 days for it to put into place 10 major policy changes if it is voted into government in the 14th general election.
In its soon-to-be released manifesto, the opposition pact has listed down areas of change which it will be prioritising as it seeks to address the people’s economic woes and reform public institutions and policies.

1. Retain BR1M? Isn't that against the oppositions' stand that BR1M is not the solution to eradicate poverty & is subject to abuses?
2. Private health care for B40? What about the rest of us taxpayers? The middle income group is the most hard hit by inflation. What is PH's pledge for this group of Malaysians?
3.Empower the civil service? Aren't they powerful enough? Why is there no pledge to reduce the bloated civil sector as proposed earlier? Afraid to lose their votes?
4. Form RCIs? - RCI is a waste of public fund since it is a toothless tiger. Just arrest the culprits, charge them in court and put them behind bars instead of wasting taxpayers' money and time on RCI.
The pledges seem to be of populist nature. Both sides just want to garner as much support as possible from certain groups of voters.

Pledges appear to be very ambitious. It's easier said than done. Anyway for once the people must give an opportunity to the opposition to prove themselves. It now or never.

There is also the important and urgent need to revamp the judiciary system by having a competent and professional Attorney General as well as an efficient IGP to lead a high quality police force. Without having these two jey sectirs duly managed, the country will not progress, let alone be a safe country with proper law and order.
