PAKATAN Harapan chairman Anwar Ibrahim told reporters that he was “cautiously optimistic” cautiously” of winning the general election en route to becoming the prime minister.
Speaking to reporters after voting in Permatang Pauh, the PKR president said he was encouraged by the apparent support for his coalition.
“I feel very encouraged but elections are the will of the people. I will wait for the decision but I am cautiously optimistic (after looking at the level of support from all across the country,” he said.
He was off to Tambun where he is standing in a four-way fight.
Pollsters have predicted that PH will win the most seat but not enough of them for a majority. – November 19, 2022.
