RELIGIOUS unity and stability in PAS states are proof that the party does not ignore the welfare of non-Malays, PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang said last night.
Hadi, who is Perikatan Nasional (PN) deputy chairman, said there was no reason for non-Muslims to be afraid if the country continued to be governed by Muslim leaders.
“In PAS states Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah, there are no wrongdoings. There is stability and unity. Chinese and Indian families can live in Muslim villages,” he added.
He said during his tour of Negri Sembilan, at an event also attended by state PN adviser Rais Yatim. – Bernama, November 15, 2022.
