PERIKATAN Nasional (PN) will unveil its manifesto for the November 19 general election in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, its deputy chairman, Dominic Lau Hoe Chai, said.
Lau, who is Gerakan chairman, said the manifesto will focus on approaches for forming a caring, clean and stable government as stability is vital in governing the nation.
“The manifesto will focus on every perspective, including the economy, education and the B40 (lower-income) and M40 (middle-income) groups,” he told reporters after launching the PN election machinery for Jelutong in George Town today.
“If given the mandate, we will present ideas and solutions on how to assist those in the M40 group as well.”
PN will be contesting in all 13 parliamentary seats in Penang, with Gerakan vying for five, Bersatu (five) and PAS (three).
Nomination is tomorrow, with polling set for November 19 and early voting on November 15. – Bernama, November 4, 2022.
