THERE will be some seat swaps between Bersatu and PAS as part of their strategy to win the coming general election, said Perikatan Nasional secretary-general Hamzah Zainudin.

However, Hamzah did not reveal which seats were involved in this deal.

“While we are discussing with our component parties, the important thing is to ensure that the leaders can win the areas in which we will contest.

“The exchange of seats would involve those won by Bersatu but PAS may need them now.

“These seat swaps will allow our leaders to win in those areas,” he said at a press conference in Bukit Aman today.

He also said that PAS was committed to be a part of PN.
