A PLANTATION manager discovered the body of a man with knife wounds to the neck in an oil palm plantation in Felda Kerteh 6, Dungun, at 6.50pm yesterday, according to police.

Dungun police chief Baharudin Abdullah said the plantation manager reported the discovery to Ketengah Jaya police station.

Police went to the scene, but found no identification documents on the body, Baharudin said.

The body was taken to Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital for post-mortem and the case is being investigated under section 302 of the penal code for murder. – Bernama, August 30, 2022.
