SEAT negotiations within the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition for the next general election are expected to be complete within a month, PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli said.

According to Rafizi, who serves as party election director, the first shortlisted names of PKR candidates for the seats to be contested would also be ready.

“Within next week, we will give the next instruction for the states,” he said in his speech at the PKR election convention 2022 in Shah Alam today.

Rafizi said PKR members need not ask when the next polls will be, instead must be prepared to contest as a strong party at any time.

At the same time, he also reminded all members to set their priorities straight in facing the election, while avoiding the expectation rewards and positions. – Bernama, August 27, 2022.
