THE Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth Job Fair 2022, which will be held at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur from Friday to Sunday, is expected to provide more than 20,000 job opportunities.
BN Youth chief Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said the three-day carnival will involve more than 300 government agencies and private companies, which will provide an opportunity for not only university graduates but also Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia holders to get jobs.
He said among the parties that will be involved in the carnival include Boustead, DRB Hicom, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Open University Malaysia, Mara, McDonald’s and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
“We are diversifying in terms of employers and companies that we invite to participate in the fair this time, to offer various kinds of jobs to youth out there,” he said at a press conference on the BN Youth Job Fair in Kuala Lumpur today.
Visitors to the carnival, which will be from 9am to 5pm, are encouraged to dress neatly for interviews.
Asyraf said the fair will also offer other activities such as résumé preparation clinics and talks by professionals in various industries. – Bernama, June 22, 2022.
