KUALA Lumpur City Hall must disclose the true value of the contract to replace 200 units of smart lampposts in the capital city, Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil said today.
He said DBKL must also explain if it had agreed for the project to be subcontracted by Ennova Sdn Bhd to Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB).
