Woman hurt by falling debris after car crashes into high-rise parking wall

A WOMAN sustained injuries to her neck when she was hit by wall fragments after a Perodua Myvi crashed into a barrier on the fourth floor of a car park at the Terminal One bus stop in Seremban today.

Seremban fire and rescue station chief Mohammad Idris said the crash caused fragments of the barrier to fall and hit the woman.

He said they received a call at 4.46pm and six firemen were deployed to the scene.

“To ensure the vehicle did not fall, it was towed away and handed over to the Seremban City Council and the police for further action,” he said in a statement today.

The injured victim was taken to a hospital for treatment. – Bernama, May 16, 2022.
