AFTER suffering its worst electoral outing in 2013, MCA has to do better in the next polls or it will face a very uncertain future, said the party’s deputy president Dr Wee Ka Siong.

Wee was under no illusions when he told The Malaysian Insight it’s a do or die battle for the MCA in GE14.

    • The Opposition must select a Giant to kill Liow & Wee & Mah & Subramaniam in GE14. Once this so-called Chief Top Mongrel are buried - UMNO will kick them (MCA & Gerakan & MIC) out or isolate or cold storage them in BN (like that kayeas samseng of PPP Mosquito Party)

  • This time around Umno and PAS form an unofficial alliance, what can MCA and Gerakan say about this pact...? There has been no voices from both MCA & Gerakan...about this unofficial pact!

  • No. MCA & GERAKAN IS SURE TO DIE unless they commit at least completely despicable OR perhaps even criminal even. Massive fraud is their only non-deserving to be stoned to death act. So no, its not do or die. Its being a complete devoid of any humanity or die.

  • The leaders of MCA should come and stand in 60 percent and above Chinese majority seats to truly represent the Chinese. Winning in 52 percent Malay majority seats only make them leaders without true support.how can they then voice for the Chinese?

  • See, d fake Wee_wee Dr is in his elements of doublespeak nonsense again. His habit of self-contradiction & illusory talks has been laid bare by his mixing of "do or die mission"

  • MCA should have dissolved itself when Razak admitted others to form BN. Since then MCA has been on its dying bed. We hope that GE 14 will kill MCA completely. MCA fights for the livelihood of its leaders and 6,000 other minor post holders. UMNO fights for the use of government resources to satisfy only one group and a million plus government posts. Can MCA claim to represent Chinese? It cannot, MCA should not be allowed to pretend.

  • With leaders like Wee and Liow it is better for MCA to die since they have put their individual personal interests before that of the community they profess to represent.

  • The situation is improving? That’s a lie. Do or die? Yes for sure. No wonder Wee is so desperate to smear Penang Government over tunnel issue. That Pakatan did not win is not a reason to vote for someone who is pointing a gun at you and demanding your vote. Voters are better off making another push for change because Harapan is more cohesive now, and because their cause is more just. Blood boils just to think that MCA has rendered themselves even more insignificant by not questioning 1MDB, not even helping Chinese business with GST, and not castigating UMNO over their cooperation with PAS. Voting for MCA and Gerakan is like diminishing returns. Keeping the opposition strong gives them results in Selangor and Penang. Voting to return to fairness and integrity even for a bit is better than wholesale surrender to being a sycophantic, ammoral yesman. Voting for them forces Malaysians to continue living in communal politics. Wiping them out forces UMNO to lead all races. If the nation is Talubanised, I’d rather it is not blamed on these parties but in UMNO alone. And in the end, the Malays have to choose if they really want to Talubanise Malaysia. MCA and Gerakan’s ability to gather Chinese support is irrelevant in this scheme of things. The Chinese will have themselves to blame if there’s a Malay tsunami and no Chinese wave. Finally, BN is out to convince the Chinese because their Malay/Muslim agenda has been checkmated by Harapan coalition. So remember that this is not an act of altruism or appeal to unity. They are being used to appeal to Chinese emotions only because Malay ground is starting to look shaky. If Tun M haven’t been nominated to be PM designate, UMNO would have continued to sing its religious and racial overtones, totally ignoring Chinese sensitivities. Don’t be fooled. Don’t be confused either. Every voter counts. Every vote counts. Continue to be brave and seek what you want.

  • MCA ( Malaysian Cannine Association ) , your news that it is a do or die is such a good ang pao for the year of the dog to the Chinese race. We will inform the hell god to receive your demise. Good riddance.

  • As long as MCA don't questions UMNO and you guys fight DAP, another Chinese base party, it's a big D for MCA in GE 14 ...Die!

Posted 4 years ago by Crishan Veera

  • It's not do or die for MCA at GE14; it's just die, and get buried, once and for all. No Chinese worth his/her salt would vote for MCA, except those receiving dedak, and even those might decide that it is time now to bury MCA.
