THAI actor Papangkorn “Beam” Lerkchaleampote may have died due to sudden unexplained death syndrome (Suds), said police.

The 25-year-old was found dead in his home on Wednesday, said Metropolitan Police Bureau commissioner Samran Nuanma.

He said the youth played football from 8pm to 10pm on Tuesday, and returned home at 11.30pm.

He was found dead the following day, reported Thai News Agency.

Relatives rushed him to a hospital after being unable to wake him up, but resuscitation failed.

According to the Bangkok police chief, doctors initially said the cause of death is Suds – which affects many Asian folk, especially young men.

Forensics will conclude the actor’s autopsy findings in about three weeks.

Beam starred in several Thai Netflix series, and was known for his role as the main lead in The Stranded. – Bernama, March 25, 2022.
