CHINA’S foreign minister was in India today, officials said, his first visit since a deadly clash on the Asian giants’ disputed Himalayan border in 2020.

The high-altitude brawl in June of that year left 20 Indian soldiers and at least four Chinese troops dead, and led to a sharp deterioration in relations with both sides sending major reinforcements to the area.
