ON Chegubard, as I always said the Malays must stop quarrelling, but whatever he said, he still has my respect. It is seen he is a cikgu (teacher) fighting for righteousness.
However, his recent posting caught me by surprise that, as a teacher and also as a devoted Muslim, he is so careless to resort to irresponsible cyberbullying acts by attacking, slandering, and defaming my reputation and claiming that I was involved in SMTrack’s RFID deal, without carefully checking the actual information and facts.

It is a total smear campaign, slander and defamation.
He doesn’t need to apologise and I hope when he reads this letter, he will just gracefully remove the posting from social media because it is not true.
My lawyer has advised me that I can take legal action against him and summon millions of ringgit.
I do not wish to do, as l respect Chegubard. However, in order to protect the name of my family, I must do it if he doesn’t remove the post.
In any event, if I proceed with a suit, I will just demand he cover my legal fees, which will definitely cost a huge sum. Any excess can be donated to charity.
I sincerely hope that when Chegubard reads this letter, he will remove the offending post.
I published this open letter as a friend who doesn’t know you, if you really think that I am a person of poor character and deserve to be thought a lesson, please bring this matter to the police or to the court. Please stop the cyber harassment.
My company secretary has made a police report on this RFID post, which is fake news and is punishable under the recent Anti-Fake News Act. – January 31, 2022.
