THE 400 complaints lodged by Bersatu members with the Registrar of Societies (RoS), alleging that the party’s annual general meeting was not valid, might have been orchestrated to hinder Pakatan Harapan’s registration, said Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

“There were members, 400 of them, who lodged the same report with RoS, using the same sentences. Of course, if RoS is of the opinion that the AGM was invalid, the application to register PH would be affected. It may not be approved,” said the PH chairman.

“This looks like an attempt by certain parties… so that it can be used as an excuse by RoS to not approve PH’s registration application.” – February 6, 2018.
