ALL civil servants must adhere to rules written in a Public Service Department-issued circular that makes it mandatory for them to complete their Covid-19 vaccination before November 1, said Chief Secretary to the Government Mohd Zuki Ali.

He said disciplinary action can be taken against those who refuse to be vaccinated.
