MALAYSIA reported 7,420 daily Covid-19 infections as of noon today, said Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. 

With the latest figure, the country has recorded 2,377,033 Covid-19 cases since the epidemic began.

The breakdown of cases will be updated on the CovidNow website after midnight.

Meanwhile, 67.1% of Malaysia’s population has been fully inoculated as of yesterday.

The country has already immunised 90% of its adult population.

The Health Ministry’s CovidNow website projects 80% of the population will be fully vaccinated by December 10. – October 15, 2021.
