MALAYSIA has fully vaccinated 21.6 million, or 66.1%, of the general population, the special committee for Covid-19 vaccine access said today.
It said 24.6 million people, or 75.2%, of the population, have received at least one dose.
Meanwhile, 1.9 million, or 63%, of children aged 12 to 17 have received one vaccine dose while 370,995, or 11.8%, have been fully vaccinated.
The CovidNow tracker projects that 80% of the population will be fully vaccinated by November 30.
Meanwhile, Malaysia now has fully inoculated 90.6% of its adult population after achieving its 90% target on Sunday.
