Noor Hisham ‘a toothless tiger’, says former health D-G

DIRECTOR-GENERAL of health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah is akin to a “toothless tiger” because no one is listening to him on how to handle the Covid-19 pandemic, said his predecessor, former director-general Dr Mohamed Ismail Merican.

According to Ismail, Noor Hisham should have put his foot down and not allowed any social gatherings to take place when the country was in crisis.

  • Well said. Nobody is listening to Noor Hisham. All the politicians are only trying to keep their positions as ministers and never careless what's really going on in the country.
