  • Judgement is a very subjective aspect of life. A glass full of clean water can be rejected if one drop of urine or other impurity seen or imagined is in or around it. The trial judge sees the whole court room drama (dialogue, facial expressions, movements, and other tell tale signs of the witnesses, lawyers and accused to finally come to conclusion of the case to stick his neck out to give a judgement. Students who have studies English Literature as a subject at higher levels would know how important it is to find that small loophole to prolong what they write as answer to the question to score more marks.
