ENGLISH Premier League football matches will be free again if Pakatan rules the country, said Pakatan Youth.
Pakatan Youth chief Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad said they want EPL fans in Malaysia to enjoy the most-followed league in the world.
“As a Liverpool fan, I want everyone to witness the strength of this team,” said Nik Nazmi at the closing of the Pakatan Youth convention in Shah Alam late last night.

Amanah representative Zubair Rahim said that watching football together as a family encouraged family time.
The free-to-air EPL suggestion is among 10 proposals Pakatan Youth intends to use to attract young voters in the 14th general election.
Included in the Youth manifesto were free motorcycle licences for youths and increasing the minimum wage in the peninsula from RM1,000 to RM1,500 per month.
The manifesto also included paving the way for free education in public universities and colleges and repayment of PTPTN loans only when the person’s salary has reached RM4,000 per month.
Other proposals were youth entrepreneur funds and a marriage incentive of RM500 for youths getting married for the first time.
The convention’s director Faiz Fadzil said the proposals could be easily implemented if Pakatan were to take over the federal government.
Compared with Transformasi Nasional 2050 (TN50), Faiz said their proposals were more concrete. – January 6, 2018.
