Hadi admitted to IJN

PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang has been admitted to the National Heart Institute (IJN) after suffering from breathing difficulties last night.

Hadi was initially rushed to Putrajaya Hospital before being transferred to IJN.

Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi tweeted earlier today that Hadi was hospitalised and urged Malaysians to pray for his recovery.

Earlier, former prime minister Najib Razak also posted about Hadi’s condition on Facebook.

In a separate Facebook post, Kedah PAS commissioner Ahmad Yahaya said Hadi is in a stable condition but the heart is weak because of exhaustion.

Hadi had heart valve replacement surgery in IJN in 2017. – February 16, 2021.
