A PAINTER pleaded guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today to committing incest against his sister.

He made the plea after the charge was read out to him before judge Mahyon Talib.

The 25-year-old was charged with committing the offence against his 21-year-old sister at a house at Jalan Sepakat off Jalan Klang Lama, last August.

The charge under Section 376B of the Penal Code carries a maximum 30 years’ jail and whipping.

The court set January 5 for sentencing.
