FOR the first time in the Covid-19 epidemic, the Klang Valley has logged more cases in a single day than Sabah. The central region logged 567 cases compared to Sabah’s 556.
Today saw new cases surge to 1,304 after they dropped to below 1,000 in the last few days, said director-general of health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
“In the Klang Valley, Selangor logged the most cases with 364, followed by Kuala Lumpur with 202, and Putrajaya with one new infection,” he said.
Sabah has consistently topped other states in the number of daily coronavirus cases since the end of September. – November 13, 2020.
