Parliament will close if Covid-19 spread confirmed, says speaker

PARLIAMENT will be closed if there is confirmation of the spread of Covid-19 on its premises, said Azhar Azizan Harun.

“Parliament could be closed if there are Covid-19 infections in Parliament,” the Dewan Rakyat speaker said in a statement at the start of today’s session.

  • Already Expected. Speaker is biased. Why cant they switch to a Virtual Parliment session instead of Shutting down Parliment.
