Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB) senior manager Md Shamsuri Md Isa appeared in court for a second day today after he was charged with criminal breach of trust involving RM43,698.55.
Shamsuri was charged at the Shah ALam Sessions court yesterday with four counts of making false claims amounting to RM18,580 for a beauty treatment.
Today, at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions court, Shamsuri was accused of misusing the unlimited medical treatment to undergo a Laparascopic Sleeve Gastractomy surgery that was not covered by MAHB.
He was accused of committing the offence at the Prince Court Medical Centre on December 19, 2015 and he pleaded not guilty.
Kuala Lumpur Sessions judge Azura Alwi granted Shamsuri bail of RM20,000 with one surety. The court set May 29 for mention.
Shamsuri faces a maximum 20 years in jail, whipping and fine, if found guilty. β May 5, 2017.
