Director-General of Health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said 18 family members of the officer and 38 other close contacts, including colleagues, have been screened.

“We identified the first high risk group and that will be the family members. So, we have screened 18 family members so far and also 38 of those close contacts with the person, including colleagues and others.

“The positive person has been isolated and is being treated in the hospital,” he told a daily press conference on Covid-19 in Putrajaya.

Noor Hisham said none of their results showed they were positive at the moment.

He said that all 56 will be quarantined at home for 14 days.
