Sabak Bernam, Manjung lose green-zone status

SABAK Bernam in Selangor and Manjung in Perak lost their green-zone status after both districts reported a new active Covid-19 case, according to the Health Ministry’s infographic. 

Rembau in Negri Sembilan, which lost its green zone status last week, also registered a sharp increase in active cases from 87 to 130, which brings its total to 184. 

The infographics are of data as of 12pm yesterday.

In Sarawak, Kota Semarahan was placed in the yellow zone from red after a drop in active cases from 39 to 36, while its cumulative cases stand at 96. 

As at noon yesterday, the number of red zones dropped from 10 to none, while the yellow zones increased from 73 to 76. 

Green zones decreased from 118 to 116. 

Malaysia reported 67 new Covid-19 cases yesterday, which brings the total rate of infection to 6,656 and 108 deaths. 

The total number of recoveries now stands at 5,025 or 75.5% of the total Covid-19 cases. – May 11, 2020.
