For whom does this cabinet deliver?

PRIME Minister Muhyiddin Yassin outdid himself for a government that has the slimmest majority in Malaysia. Of course, that point of a majority is arguable, too.

But outdid himself, Muhyiddin did. A cabinet of 31 members and 38 deputies – way bigger than Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s cabinet of 27 members and 26 deputies – despite the wafer-thin majority of 114 MPs.

    • We are all extremely disappointed with the back door cartels. Our time, hope and aspirations invested on 9th May 2018 just went down the drain. But such remarks insulting the faith of anyone on public domain, will only reinforce that hatred to (not DAP).

  • No one in PAs has any business being in the cabinet, making decisions that affect the future ion this country. Ot is a party that is racist and backward in every sense. It has no clue how to improve the quality of people's lives and the state of this nation. It is just a self-proclaimed religious party that spouts all kinds of nonsense that puts people's lives in danger. Don't even let me start on UMNO. Hoe on earth could Muhyiddin do such a thin. Now its on him and this cabinet, They can't blame Dap and they can't blame the non-Malays for anything that goes wrong now.

    • Of course they will. If they can turn around to bite DAP when the PH Government bailed out LUTH, FELDA etc, what do you thing will happen when the economy tanks further?

  • Congratulations Moohidin. Your ketuanan Melayu agenda has been fulfilled. The non-Malays need not contribute further to national development. Neither do they want to be second class slaves to a UMNO dominated government.

  • so the ''malay first...'' PM has given the power to umno n pas who were NOT part of the coalition.....because he is ''malay first'' and was jealous of DAP and their record in the Govt....only in malaysia....but the ending will be a failed state...and who suffers?....the poorest majority....and we all know which race is that?

    • The future generations of the non-UMNO and non-PAS politicians. Just one example, UMNO ministers sent their children (eg Najib and Hisham) for overseas educations while they pushed BM for the masses. No wonder we have so many graduate food delivery riders :-D
