INDONESIAN dangdut singer Lucinta Luna has been arrested for alleged drug abuse.

However, the Indonesian police have not decided which lockup should transgender Lucinta, 30, should be placed pending further action.

“Whether in the women’s cell or the men’s cell, we have not decided. The singer is still in the interrogation room,” said West Jakarta Metro police public relations head Iptu Bachrun.

According to local media reports, Lucinta, whose real name is Muhammad Fatah, was arrested at her apartment in Thamrin City, Jakarta, at 1.30am yesterday.

Also arrested were a woman and a married couple after police found ecstasy pills in the apartment. – Bernama, February 12, 2020.
