Mat Hasan calls for Umno caution over Bersatu offer

UMNO must be cautious and not easily swayed by any offer to forge a political alliance with Bersatu warned Mohamad Hasan, after party president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi pitched the idea at a recent meeting.

The Umno deputy president said the party should consider if such co-operation would be beneficial to it and the Malays in the long term.

  • We will judge Dr M by the outcome as a results of what he said and opposition claimed. Umno and Bersatu are now on political fight to emerge as a better rep to Malays. Sad to say now the whole bunch of Umno leaders are Corrupted and even some to the extent of compromising country long term interest for monetary gain. Bersatu is so far so good, but non Malays are not keen on this Malay race based party. It will slow down the progress of the nation bcos Malays will still behave dependent on govt aids and would not be able to compete outside Malaysia.
