A MAN who ran his car into another man in a road rage incident in Bandar Baru Bangi will be charged with murder, police said.
Selangor deputy police chief Ab Rashid Ab Wahab said the 40-year-old man will be charged at the Kajang magistrate’s court.
“We expect to charge him under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder,” The Star reported him as saying at the Shah Alam police headquarters today.
In the August 10 incident, the deceased had driven his vehicle into the 40-year-old suspect’s car, near the Sungai Besi toll plaza, and driven off. The suspect pursued him and caught up with him at the Bandar Baru Bangi interchange, where a scuffle ensued. Passersby broke up the fight and the two drivers returned to their cars, but the deceased, a 29-year-old, returned with a baseball bat and began smashing the other car’s hood.
