Hadi tells why PAS cut ties with ‘enemy of Islam’ DAP

PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang said today the Islamist party severed all ties with DAP because the latter is an enemy of Islam.

The decision was made according to the Ulama Syura Council and based on the Quran and Sunnah, Hadi said in a Facebook post today.

“PAS cut ties with those who showed hostility towards Islam and challenged Islamic leadership, such as DAP and others.

“Likewise, with the PAS leaders and members who left the party for the wrong and misguided cause.”

He accused them of shunning the Islamic struggle and pursuing an alliance with the real enemies of Islam to obtain power and positions. 

DAP and PAS were once allies in the now-defunct Pakatan Rakyat and many of its former members left to form Amanah, which is part of the governing Pakatan Harapan pact.

Since the 14th general election, the Islamist party has been cosying up with Barisan Nasional. 

“It is worse to appoint leaders who are aligned to foreign countries that are hostile to Islam and its followers. 

“This includes their support for pragmatic political philosophy that drown out Islam or weaken its position,” Hadi added. – February 6, 2019.

    U PRACTICE It is so tak masuk Akal. UMNO n BN who stole the Malaysian Coffers are your best buddy Friends. DAP who did No Wrong to U are ur enemies. Is this the teaching of ISLAM that u preach. Hadi u are forgetting u are paid n enjoying Tax Payer Money. We All are Tax Payer India chinese malay. U sudah gemuk makan Duit kita . Lebai Taliban sedar lah diri kau itu apa kau cakap is it in context of ur RELIGION. In other words Hadi sends a msg that CORRUPTION n STEALING NON MALAY RIGHTS N MONEY IS OK . Is this ISLAM.

  • Be practical Hadi. This country is multi racial, multi religious and very pluralistic. So is this world. Confining yourself and the party to very narrow views isnt going to be effective.

  • DAP is your enemy because they are the stumbling block to you open lies and your approving umno stealing the rakyats money. Unlike DAP and Amanah you guys lack integrity or the brains needed. You guys divide and reward yourselves without hardwood or take from the labour of others. You are disease to Malaysian hindering progress.

  • What kind of a leader that brands another party which comprises people of many other religions including Islam. Does it mean all the people in that party are enemies of Islam? This so called leader does not deserve a place in heaven or hell.

  • Its ok to steal and take illegal money. As long as you support Hadi for Prine Minister, and all leaders must come from his party and his religion. But what religion he follows I dont know. Islam would not condone taking stolen money and supporting a corrupt leader like Najib. Not possible.
