  • UMNO's declining fortune would have halted that they put KJ instead as president. How can UMNO rely on both tainted DS Najib and Zahid Hamidi as Captain to steer them out of trouble waters since both are already encumbered and a liability to UMNO in the first olace.

UMNO would not have become such a story state but for supporting tainted leaders. They have no one to blame but themselves for appointing the wrong people.

  • Going further right wing politics like Zahid Hamidi would not bring UMNO anywhere closer but further away from Putrajaya. And it is at PAS gain. What a thoughtless and fruitless strategy. PAS has again and again said clearly that they don't need UMNO. And ZH still wants to ride along with PAS post GE14 at UMNO'S expense. It is precisely this strategy that push the 17 MPs to quit en masse.

  • Politics which center around race and religion is outdated in modern times because the world is becoming more and more homogenous. More often than not such politics simply turn messy if pursued and render the party useless consequently.
