Ex-Malacca CM Rahim Thamby Chik to join Bersatu

FORMER Malacca chief minister Rahim Thamby Chik will leave Umno to join Bersatu later today, said party sources.

They said he will be handing over his membership application to Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin during the party’s state convention in Alor Gajah later this afternoon.

  • Rahim Thamby Chik is certainly sampah sarap. His rightful place is the rubbish bin. If Bersatu can accept this shady and dodgy character, this will call into question Bersatus principles in accepting good UMNO members - and The entry criteria must be super low.
