UMNO veteran Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah has warned the smallest party in the Pakatan Harapan coalition, Bersatu, against getting Umno MPs to jump ship.

The Gua Musang MP said Bersatu inviting Umno MPs to go over was akin to welcoming pythons into the party.

“It’s like letting pythons into a nest of ‘ular lidi’,” he said.

“Be very careful. They are deadly.

“I don’t have offers from other parties to join them because I am deadly. Maybe that’s why Bersatu is not too keen on having me,” he said, on reports that he had not been offered membership in Bersatu. – October 29, 2018.
