“THREE treasures” served with a “lychee tree” as the centrepiece stood out at our lunch at Noble Mansion in Petaling Jaya.

The red lychees were prawn balls covered with rice puffs, and deep fried till crispy. They hovered above small puri shells filled with scallop salad while dragon beard rolls filled with squid and prawn paste were arranged around the platter.
