AZAM Baki has been reappointed MACC chief commissioner for another year effective May 12, Chief Secretary to the Government Mohd Zuki Ali said today.

He said the Yang di-Pertuan Agong had consented to the reappointment.

Azam was made chief of the anti-graft agency on March 9, 2020, following the resignation of his predecessor, Latheefa Koya. His tenure was set to end on May 12. – May 10, 2023.
