MACC to offer certificate in basic law enforcement

THE Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) through the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy is developing a certificate in basic law enforcement, which will be offered to all enforcement agencies.

MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki said the programme, with a total of 60 credit hours or equivalent to 2,400 learning hours, is basic training for newly appointed officers to identify corruption and implement preventive measures.

“It includes face-to-face and online learning for three months at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy,” he said in Putrajaya today. – Bernama, September 8, 2022.
