UMNO president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has arrived at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters, where it is believed he will be questioned over a graft case.
He arrived at 9.20am, accompanied by lawyers, in a white Lexus SUV. Some 10 supporters were on hand to greet him.
Zahid is expected to be questioned for the third time, but MACC has not stated why it wants to interview him.
He was asked to be present at the MACC headquarters at 10am today.
In July, the graft-busters had grilled the former deputy prime minister twice in relation to the Akal Budi Foundation.
It was reported that RM800,000 had been allegedly misappropriated from the foundation, to pay off Zahid and his wife’s credit card bills.
Zahid, however, has said the matter was due to a mistake done by an aide. β October 10, 2018.
