Hindu devotees and visitors throng Batu Caves for the annual Thaipusam celebrations.
The biggest festival for Hindus after Deepavali and celebrated mostly by the Tamil community, Thaipusam is dedicated to Lord Subramaniam, also known as Lord Murugan, the deity of youth, power and virtue.
