PEOPLE who have completed their Covid-19 vaccination course may now dine out, but some restaurant owners remain wary of the risk of infection and continue to cater only for takeaways as daily virus cases remain high.
At the restaurants that are open for dine-in orders, meanwhile, business is less than brisk as people work from home or prefer to stay at home for the same reasons.
Many restaurants have closed down while those that endure are struggling to stay afloat.
As Covid-19 remains a threat and shows little sign of abating, business owners can only hope for support and aid from the government. – September 8, 2021.
