AN enhanced movement control order (EMCO) was today issued for PJ Old Town, an area encompassing Jalan Othman market and its vicinities, in Petaling Jaya.
The lockdown was ordered on the advice of the health minister, following the detection of 26 Covid-19 cases in the area.
The lockdown is in effect for two weeks starting today.
There are about 2,900 residents in the three zones under the EMCO. – May 10, 2020.
