More aid for Penang flood victims

THERE will be more relief aid for flood victims in Penang.
The state government will also launch a website to convey information to the people.
The flash floods that hit the state last weekend have been described as Penang’s worst, causing more than 12,500 people to be evacuated.
Heavy rains and strong winds on Saturday and early Sunday caused the floods, as well as triggered landslides and led to trees being uprooted. – November 10, 2017.
