A FIRE broke out at the motorcycle parking area of the Terminal 1 bus station in Seremban today.

The Star Online reported that commuters called the Fire and Rescue Department when they saw thick smoke coming out of the first floor of the multi-storey building.  

“Preliminary investigations revealed that 13 motorcycles were destroyed in the blaze,” a department spokesman was quoted as saying.

The portal reported that hundreds of commuters park their motorcycles there before taking public transport to work in the Klang Valley.

The authorities are investigating the cause of the fire. – May 26, 2017.
