VIBRANT colour powders paint the grounds of Shree Lakshmi Narayan Temple on March 18 as SDS Youth re-ignite the festive spirit of Holi with a modern musical twist, after a six-year hiatus.

SDS Youth co-chairman Savira Sharma says modern elements and music from popular culture are instilled in the ancient Hindu spring festival, to bring different generations together in unity, celebrating the triumph of good over evil.

Halted due to the Covid pandemic, the Malaysia Book of Records-holding festival is back once again to rebuild the Holi momentum and start off 2023, co-chairman Deepika Devidas says. – March 27, 2023.
