SABAH Barisan Nasional chairman Musa Aman has filed a writ of summons against Sabah governor Juhar Mahiruddin and Warisan president Shafie Apdal. 

Musa is seeking a declaration that he is the lawful chief minister of Sabah and challenging the swearing in of Shafie as the Sabah chief minister as unconstitutional. 

The writ also seeks a declaration that any and all acts of Shafie as the chief minister are null and void.

Musa filed the writ through his lawyers F.T. Ahmad & Co. 

Under the Rules of Court 2012, Juhar and Shafie have 14 days to enter an appearance. – May 17, 2018.
