Ex-MACC chief starts work at A-G’s Chambers

DZULKIFLI Ahmad reported for duty at the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) today.

The former Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief arrived at 8.05 am at the AGC office in Presint 4, Putrajaya, in a Proton Perdana.

Dzulkifli smiled and waved at the media personnel who have been waiting for him since 7am before walking into the lobby and registering at the counter.

Dzulkifli said yesterday he had quit the anti-graft agency. His contract was to end in July 2021.

He was previously the head of the National Revenue Recovery Enforcement team at the AGC.

Dzulkifli was appointed as MACC chief commissioner on August 1, 2016, replacing Abu Kassim Mohamed, who helmed the post from January 1, 2010 until July 31, 2016. – May 15, 2018.
