NAJIB Razak and Rosmah Mansor have been placed on the Immigration Department’s travel ban list as rumours swirled since last night the former prime minister and his wife were planning to leave the country.
A search on the Immigration Department’s Travel Status Enquiry System (SSPI) showed that they had been blacklisted.
The MalaysiaKini news portal reported that the site had used the couple identity card numbers and found that they had been blacklisted.
“Sila rujuk ke pejabat imigresen terdekat” (Please refer to the nearest immigration office) β a standard reply for anyone who has been blacklisted by the department.
Since last night a flight plan had been circulating on social media that the couple would be leaving for Indonesia from Subang airport this morning by private jet.
Currently, a media horde is waiting at the Skyparkj in Subang for the couple. β May 12, 2018.
